Job Summary
Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Rep will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding dog and litter registrations, ensuring customer satisfaction while utilizing multiple software tools.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound communications and document customer interactions using Salesforce
- Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and AKC policies while promoting relevant resources
- Utilize various software applications to research and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and perform transactional tasks
- Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
- Bilingual skills preferred, with fluency in both spoken and written forms
