Job Summary

Handling a high volume of customer inquiries, the fully remote Nevada Contact Center Rep will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats while assisting customers with dog and litter registrations and AKC policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound telephone calls and document customer interactions using Salesforce
  • Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC resources
  • Utilize multiple software programs to resolve customer issues and maintain professional communication
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook Email and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based programs and applications simultaneously
  • Demonstrated independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about the AKC registration system
  • Bilingual skills preferred but not required, with clear communication in both languages
