Job Summary

Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Contact Center Rep will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions and document them accurately using Salesforce
  • Assist customers with registrations, ownership transfers, and provide information on AKC policies and programs
  • Maintain professional communication through various channels while meeting agent goals and adhering to attendance policies
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple software applications and web-based tools simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving and evaluating customer needs
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive information about AKC registration systems and policies
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required, with fluency in both languages being essential for effective communication
