Nevada Title 31 Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title 31 Compliance Specialist - Corporate.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Title 31 procedures by completing accurate Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and assisting in resolving compliance issues
• Review and verify the accuracy of Title 31 folders and ensure alignment with the Title 31 Resort Advantage system
• Support the Compliance Manager in developing audit programs, conducting random audits, and assisting with Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR)

Required Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and willing to obtain a Sheriff's Gaming Card
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• At least 1 year of casino-related audit experience is necessary
• Prior experience in Casino Cage, Slot Operations, Banking, Payroll, or Accounting is preferred
