Job Summary

A company is looking for a Moderate Bodily Injury Represented Litigation Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Sets initial reserves, updates reserves, and documents rationale and claim summary notes
• Negotiates and settles claims in accordance with business unit best practices
• Documents claim files with notes, evaluations, and the decision-making process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in claims handling, particularly in moderate represented litigation
• Knowledge of uninsured or underinsured motorist claims and complex claims
• Ability to draft and respond to attorney correspondence and legal demands
• Familiarity with Department of Insurance complaints and investigations
• Understanding of medical reports and their role in claims settlement evaluation
