Job Summary
Managing the investigation and administration of Workers' Compensation claims, the full-time Nevada Workers' Compensation Analyst will oversee claims handled by Third-Party Administrators, ensuring compliance and effective resolution while serving as the primary liaison between property management and adjusters.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the company claim advocate for Workers' Compensation claims administered by TPAs nationwide
- Conduct oversight and audit processes to ensure TPA compliance with best practices and quality assurance standards
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop strategies for cost containment and claim resolution
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of relevant experience working for a public company in the State of Nevada
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Nevada State Workers' Compensation license preferred
- Previous experience in a similar resort setting preferred
