Nevada Workers' Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the investigation and administration of Workers' Compensation claims, the full-time Nevada Workers' Compensation Analyst will oversee claims handled by Third-Party Administrators, ensuring compliance and effective resolution while serving as the primary liaison between property management and adjusters.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the company claim advocate for Workers' Compensation claims administered by TPAs nationwide
• Conduct oversight and audit processes to ensure TPA compliance with best practices and quality assurance standards
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop strategies for cost containment and claim resolution

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of relevant experience working for a public company in the State of Nevada
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Nevada State Workers' Compensation license preferred
• Previous experience in a similar resort setting preferred
