Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Hunter - New Business Development Manager to drive growth through new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage new prospects through various outbound activities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring pipeline alignment with revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and provide market feedback for product development
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a hunter/new business role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in hospitality technology, PMS, PBX, SaaS, or similar industries
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in complex sales processes
- Legally authorized to work in the US
