Job Summary

To support the growth of the Automotive Training Institute, the remote New Business Development Representative will drive attendance to scheduled events by conducting outbound calls to independent auto repair shops, effectively communicating the value of services, and securing attendance commitments.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to independent auto repair shops to promote live events and webinars
  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers while maintaining accurate records in CRM software
  • Collaborate with marketing and coaching teams to align messaging and follow up with interested leads
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of automotive experience
  • Strong phone communication skills with a persuasive style
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and remote communication platforms
  • Ability to quickly understand and convey value propositions
