Job Summary

To support market expansion, the full-time New Business Executive will drive business development initiatives, engage with agency leaders, and collaborate across teams to enhance service delivery in a remote role with travel as required.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within the agent and broker landscape to contribute to pipeline growth and revenue targets
  • Build and strengthen relationships with agency leaders and industry partners to enhance market visibility
  • Translate partner needs into actionable insights for service development and product enhancement
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in P&C insurance, agency operations, distribution management, or business development
  • Experience with independent agents, brokers, or insurance technology platforms is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of agency workflows, distribution challenges, and industry technology trends such as AI and automation
  • Preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone
