Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Business Implementation Consultant to manage payroll onboarding for US clients and collaborate across teams in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the onboarding and activation phase for assigned U.S. projects, ensuring successful go-lives
  • Serve as the primary implementation point of contact for customers, guiding them through discovery, configuration, training, and launch readiness
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align on project scope, expectations, and manage onboarding timelines and risks
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple, complex technological implementation and onboarding projects simultaneously
  • Strong track record of delivering successful implementation projects with high ownership and accountability
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Intellectual agility to quickly learn new products and tools
  • Experience developing and delivering onboarding and training materials
