Job Summary

Experienced in full-cycle sales, the full-time New Business Sales Executive will proactively build and manage a pipeline of media companies, publishers, and ad agencies, driving revenue growth through strategic account management and client relationships in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new accounts, creating leads rather than waiting for them
  • Run the full sales cycle from initial conversations to closing deals, with accountability for revenue targets
  • Engage with clients at the executive level to foster long-term partnerships and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in programmatic, digital media, or ad-tech sales, preferably with local media or agency experience
  • Proven track record of revenue growth within an existing book of business
  • Deep familiarity with the ad-tech ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, and programmatic workflows
  • Consultative sales approach with an emphasis on data-driven insights and strategy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts with competing priorities
