Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Business Team Lead to oversee and enhance the performance of the New Business team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Account Managers and Case Administrators, ensuring high-quality customer service
• Track and assess team performance against service level agreements, identifying areas for improvement
• Coach and develop team members through training and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in the life insurance industry required
• 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role required
• Knowledge of insurance products and administrative systems required
• LOMA designation preferred
