Job Summary

Leading a team of personal lines professionals, the full-time Regional Vice President of Personal Lines for New England will ensure exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitable growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to the Personal Lines Team, assigning daily tasks and setting expectations
• Train, coach, and guide team members on performance improvement and operational workflows
• Collaborate with producers and leadership to drive results and enhance client relationships

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• 5+ years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience
• 2+ years of recent experience using AMS360
• An active P&C license
• Located in the New England region (Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York)
