Job Summary
A company is looking for a New Equipment Coordinator to oversee coordination of activities on multiple new equipment installation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal sales staff, construction superintendents, and customers to ensure successful project milestones and communication
- Manage certified payroll, lien waivers, contract billing, and third-party payment systems
- Compile and submit necessary documentation for permits, insurance processing, and project closeout
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; AA/AS degree preferred
- Experience in construction administrative duties
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Bilingual in French and English is preferred
