Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Equipment Coordinator to oversee coordination of activities on multiple new equipment installation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal sales staff, construction superintendents, and customers to ensure successful project milestones and communication
  • Manage certified payroll, lien waivers, contract billing, and third-party payment systems
  • Compile and submit necessary documentation for permits, insurance processing, and project closeout
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; AA/AS degree preferred
  • Experience in construction administrative duties
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Bilingual in French and English is preferred
