Job Summary
A company is looking for a New Equipment/Mod Coordinator to oversee coordination of activities on multiple new equipment installation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal sales staff, construction superintendents, external customers, and senior leadership to ensure successful project milestones and communication
- Compile, prepare, and submit all necessary documents for NE/MOD permits
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, file management, and document preparation
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; AA/AS degree preferred
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Process and detail-oriented
- Highly organized and punctual
- Ability to work well in teams and independently
