Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Equipment/Mod Coordinator to oversee coordination of activities on multiple new equipment installation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal sales staff, construction superintendents, external customers, and senior leadership to ensure successful project milestones and communication
  • Compile, prepare, and submit all necessary documents for NE/MOD permits
  • Handle administrative tasks including data entry, file management, and document preparation
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; AA/AS degree preferred
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Process and detail-oriented
  • Highly organized and punctual
  • Ability to work well in teams and independently
