Job Summary
Managing downstream contractor demand, the full-time Regional Account Manager in New Hampshire will build and maintain relationships with key customer accounts, drive demand for James Hardie products, and execute territory plans while working remotely from their home office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Drive downstream demand with contractors across Exteriors and Outdoor Living products, enabling cross-selling opportunities
- Develop and execute a territory plan that translates regional priorities into daily activities and manages pipeline performance
Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of sales processes, sales funnel management, and market segmentation strategies
- Business acumen related to the construction industry, including knowledge of financials and market dynamics
- Ability to influence stakeholders and effectively communicate with various levels of an organization
- Familiarity with basic construction practices and the residential construction process
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for organization and planning
