New Hampshire Compliance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Compliance to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the health plan compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the market compliance program in alignment with regulatory expectations
• Oversee compliance with CMS Medicare requirements and ensure timely submission of regulatory filings
• Collaborate with Corporate Enterprise Risk Management to identify and reduce compliance and business risks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred
• 7+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs required
• 5+ years of experience with health care regulatory agencies in compliance and fraud program development required
• 10+ years of experience in Compliance/Enterprise Risk Management preferred
