New Hampshire Contract Manager

Job Summary

To support the development and management of provider networks, the full-time remote New Hampshire Contract Manager will lead contract negotiations, ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements, and analyze provider performance data.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead negotiations of financial and contractual terms with various provider entities across New Hampshire
• Ensure the integrity of the contracting process and compliance with regulatory standards
• Analyze data to assess provider network adequacy and develop strategies for improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a contracting and analytical leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of contract finance and provider reimbursement methodologies
• Proven negotiation skills with healthcare providers and organizations
• Strong analytical skills in assessing financial, utilization, and quality performance metrics
