Job Summary
Supporting New Hampshire's IRA Home Energy Rebates programs, the full-time Contractor Relations Manager will recruit and onboard contractors, provide ongoing support, and manage complaints while working remotely with occasional travel within the state.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard contractors, providing training and support for program navigation
- Manage contractor complaints, escalations, and disputes, ensuring timely resolution
- Monitor contractor pricing and performance metrics, reporting findings to program leadership
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in contractor relations, account management, or program management
- Background in energy efficiency, home performance, weatherization, HVAC, or related trades preferred
- Experience with government or utility rebate program contractors is a plus
- Proficient with CRMs, spreadsheets, and tools like Airtable; quick to learn new platforms
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
