Job Summary

A company is looking for a Surveillance Associate to ensure a safe environment for patrons and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide security services remotely for retail sportsbooks and office locations
• Operate access control and CCTV technology, monitor sportsbook activities, and archive video evidence
• Proactively monitor areas and personnel to deter fraud and theft

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security or remote surveillance experience, or a degree in Criminal Justice
• Experience in a 24x7x365 Security Operations Center is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays on a 12-hour shift
• Ability to work both day and night shifts, rotating each quarter
• Ability to obtain required gaming license(s)
