Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise University leadership on compliance with state and federal laws
• Serve as designated counsel for the University's Marketing team and international operations
• Oversee the University's intellectual property portfolio and provide legal support across various practice areas

Required Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of practice of law, preferably in non-profit higher education
• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to practice before appropriate state and federal courts may be required
• Member of the New Hampshire Bar Association required or eligible for admission within one year of employment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment committed to diversity
