New Hampshire Licensed Biller

Job Summary

Providing essential claims processing services, the full-time New Hampshire Licensed Biller will manage patient billing, collections, and insurance claims for Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, credit collections, and data entry
• Implement processes for follow-up on third-party approvals and overdue account collections
• Assist in managing employees through coaching, training, and performance evaluations

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of Full-Cycle billing experience, including Acute Hospital and/or Physician claims
• Experience with Claims and Denial Queues
• Familiarity with Commercial and Medicaid claims
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
