Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Therapist in New Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling services and develop treatment plans for young adults
• Document sessions and submit HIPAA compliant records using an electronic health record system
• Communicate with other teams to support continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Active state license in New Hampshire
• Experience with crisis intervention and treatment planning
• Background in providing services to young adults and at-risk populations
• Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology)
