• Leads negotiations of financial and contractual terms, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Analyzes data to assess provider network adequacy and develops strategies for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience, with some in a senior role
• Medicaid managed care experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of contract finance and provider reimbursement methodologies
• Proven negotiation skills with healthcare providers and networks
• Knowledge of federal and state Medicare and Medicaid guidelines and regulations
