Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor to provide telephonic support to individuals in emotional distress, working fully remote from New Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals over the phone to provide support and assess risk
• Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace to ensure confidentiality
• Document interactions accurately and assist callers in developing coping strategies and safety plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in Behavioral Health or Social Services
• Strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
• Experience in crisis support or similar roles is highly valued
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
