Job Summary
Delivering compassionate emotional support as a fully remote New Hampshire Licensed Crisis Counselor, the full-time role focuses on telephonic crisis intervention, risk assessment, and stabilization services for individuals in distress.
Key responsibilities
- Provide empathetic telephonic support and assess emotional and behavioral health concerns
- Build rapport with clients, actively listen, and engage effectively during calls
- Maintain accurate documentation and intervene appropriately in emergent situations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
- New Hampshire residency required for remote work
- Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a private, distraction-free work environment
- Commitment to regular availability on weekends and holidays post-training
