Job Summary

Delivering compassionate emotional support as a fully remote New Hampshire Licensed Crisis Counselor, the full-time role focuses on telephonic crisis intervention, risk assessment, and stabilization services for individuals in distress.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic telephonic support and assess emotional and behavioral health concerns
• Build rapport with clients, actively listen, and engage effectively during calls
• Maintain accurate documentation and intervene appropriately in emergent situations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• New Hampshire residency required for remote work
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a private, distraction-free work environment
• Commitment to regular availability on weekends and holidays post-training
