Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time New Hampshire Licensed Crisis Counselor will assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, deliver crisis intervention, and ensure high-quality service while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess risk levels and urgent safety issues, offering resources and coping strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively across various software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• New Hampshire residency required for remote work
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space for HIPAA compliance
• Willingness to commit to regular availability on weekends and holidays
