New Hampshire Licensed Full-Cycle Biller

Job Summary

To support Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics in New Hampshire, the full-time New Hampshire Licensed Full-Cycle Biller will manage patient billing, collections, and insurance claims processing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate business office functions, including patient billing and collections, while ensuring compliance with established procedures
• Recommend and implement new processes for billing and collections, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Assist in managing employees by providing coaching, training, and enforcing company policies

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of Full-Cycle billing experience, including Acute Hospital and/or Physician claims
• Experience with Claims and Denial Queues and familiarity with Commercial and Medicaid claims
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and follow-through abilities
