New Hampshire Licensed Full-Cycle Biller

Job Summary

Coordinating the business office functions for Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics, the full-time New Hampshire Licensed Full-Cycle Biller will manage patient billing, collections, and insurance claims processing remotely while ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry for healthcare facilities
• Implement and recommend improvements to billing processes and ensure timely submissions
• Assist in managing staff performance, including coaching and training, while maintaining quality customer service

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of Full-Cycle billing experience, including Acute Hospital and/or Physician claims
• Experience with Claims and Denial Queues
• Familiarity with Commercial and Medicaid claims is required
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
