Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the contract Licensed Mental Health Counselor will provide therapy-focused services to clients remotely, with the flexibility to set their own hours and manage their caseload.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live video therapy sessions and provide asynchronous care to clients
- Manage intake and discharge processes while maintaining client documentation
- Collaborate with clients in a therapy-focused model without involvement in claims or billing
Required qualifications
- Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent
- CAQH number for independent practice capability
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
- Commitment to providing therapy-focused mental health services
- Availability to manage a flexible schedule and caseload
