Job Summary
To support expansion into new markets, a New Hampshire Licensed Nurse Practitioner with an active DEA will participate as an independent contractor in credentialing, payer enrollment, and regulatory requirements, working fully remote on a 1099 basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration in New Hampshire
- Participate in credentialing, payer enrollment, and provider onboarding activities as needed
- Complete and sign enrollment and credentialing documentation required by various payer organizations
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New Hampshire
- Active DEA registration in New Hampshire
- Eligibility for enrollment with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers
- No current sanctions, exclusions, or restrictions affecting credentialing or payer enrollment
- Ability to provide credentialing documentation in a timely manner
