New Hampshire Licensed Pharmacist

Job Summary

Providing centralized medication access support, the part-time per diem New Hampshire Licensed Pharmacist will interpret prescriptions, consult with patients and healthcare staff, and conduct quality assurance reviews in a fully remote setting during clinic hours of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret physicians' prescriptions and manage electronic medical records for patient access
• Consult with patients and healthcare staff regarding medication access and usage
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and coordinate patient assistance programs

Required qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Current New Hampshire license to practice Pharmacy; Board Certification preferred
• Five years of previous health system pharmacy experience preferred
