A company is looking for a Director of Pharmacy Business & 340B Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead registration and designation as a Rural Referral Center
• Build infrastructure and operational processes for 340B program activation
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with 340B program requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• PharmD, MBA, or MHA strongly preferred
• 7+ years in health system pharmacy leadership
• 3+ years of direct 340B program oversight
• Experience in rural, safety-net, or multi-site settings preferred
• Proficiency in split billing systems and contract pharmacy management
