Job Summary

Offering a flexible part-time contract opportunity, the New Hampshire Licensed Probate Attorney will manage probate matters, including the completion of necessary court filings and documentation, while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Handle probate and administration proceedings in accordance with jurisdictional rules
• Complete probate forms and supplemental court filings, such as Inventory and Appraisal and Final Distribution documents
• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide legal guidance throughout the probate process

Required qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing in New Hampshire
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of experience handling probate matters
• Knowledge of appropriate forms and filing requirements based on jurisdictional rules
• Outstanding references and excellent academic credentials
