New Hampshire Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, seeking a part-time role to provide psychiatric care, including evaluations and consultations for general psychiatry and substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric care, including evaluations and consultations for patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders
- Consult with non-prescribing mental health and medical staff regarding diagnoses and treatment plans
- Document all activities in the electronic medical record accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in New Hampshire
- Current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Current DEA number
