New Hampshire Licensed Special Education Teacher

Job Summary

A school district is seeking a Special Education Teacher to provide individualized education to students with special needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction to students with special needs, adapting teaching methods and materials to meet each student's unique learning style and needs
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other school personnel to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and ensure that student progress is tracked and evaluated regularly
• Use evidence-based practices and strategies to support student learning and behavior management

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Special Education or a related field
• Current Special Education certification in the state of employment
• Familiarity with video conferencing
