Job Summary
To provide compassionate virtual neurology care focused on memory disorders and dementia-related conditions, the full-time New Hampshire Licensed Telehealth Neurologist will conduct patient visits, evaluate and manage neurological conditions, and collaborate with healthcare providers, all while working remotely from New Hampshire.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual neurology visits for new and existing patients, emphasizing memory disorders and dementia care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions in accordance with telehealth standards
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners and referring providers to develop and adjust patient care plans
Required qualifications
- Board certified/eligible neurologist with an active, unrestricted medical license in New Hampshire
- Experience diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or related cognitive conditions
- Prior telehealth experience is required
- Comfortable working independently in a contract (1099) capacity
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed
