Job Summary
To support a growing virtual mental health practice, a full-time New Hampshire Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy remotely, managing a consistent caseload of lower to moderate acuity populations while benefiting from minimal administrative burdens and flexible scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma
- Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with clear, transparent goals and expectations
- Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY, and MA)
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
- Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
