Job Summary
To enhance healthcare access and quality, the part-time New Hampshire Licensed Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner will deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages, evaluating and treating a wide range of conditions while collaborating with provider and support teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams, diagnosing and treating various conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, developing and documenting treatment plans accurately and timely
- Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients while providing patient education and counseling
Required qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Nurse Practitioner license with maintained Registered Nurse licensure and current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active RN compact license and at least five active multi-state licenses preferred
- Minimum of 3 years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
- Experience providing care across the lifespan, from newborns to adults
