Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 5-10 years of operational experience in Medicaid/Medicare/LTSS
• 10+ years of progressive responsibility in health care management
• Experience in health plan leadership roles and regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of the state's Medicaid market is strongly preferred
