Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicaid LTC Financial Eligibility Case Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned caseload and complete eligibility determination tasks within specified timelines while maintaining confidentiality and security protocols
• Document applicant information accurately and timely using State case management systems
• Conduct virtual interviews with applicants to confirm application documentation and provide education on financial eligibility criteria

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college training preferred
• 1-3 years of experience with public program eligibility reviews, preferably Medicaid or Medicaid LTC
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly and concisely
• Must have a private workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection
