• Build and develop a high-performing team to support New Homes customers in utilizing solar energy
• Manage direct-to-consumer programs and builder partner relationships for customer intake

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, communications, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including 4 years in solar customer service operations and 2 years in New Homes sales operations
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
