Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Initiatives Production Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute daily order processing/fulfillment of new product initiative campaigns
Assist the Client Support Services team with order processing for Targeted Audiences in Direct Marketing
Attend meetings, collaborate with the team, and ensure campaign deadlines are met

Required Qualifications:

Strong Excel math skills (vlookups, simple formulas, and pivot tables)
Highly technology literate and proficient Mac user
Experience with json, Salesforce, SFTP, Jira, Zendesk, and Slack is a plus
Flexibility to work in a deadline-driven environment and adapt quickly to change
Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the United States and reside in specific states
