Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Accreditation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NJACOP accreditation projects, managing timelines and deliverables
• Serve as a subject matter expert on NJACOP standards, guiding agencies through compliance processes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing training and ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of NJACOP accreditation experience (Accreditation Manager, Assessor, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of NJACOP standards and New Jersey regulatory requirements
• 10+ years of public safety experience
• 5+ years of accreditation, compliance, or policy-related experience within a New Jersey public safety agency
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
