Job Summary

Leading end-to-end accreditation projects, the remote New Jersey Accreditation Program Manager will guide public safety agencies through the NJACOP accreditation process, ensuring compliance, managing timelines, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead NJACOP accreditation projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines and deliverables
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on NJACOP standards, guiding agencies in policy development and compliance
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, building relationships and providing ongoing support throughout the engagement
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of NJACOP accreditation experience (Accreditation Manager, Assessor, or equivalent)
  • 10+ years of experience in US Law Enforcement with a local agency in New Jersey
  • 5+ years of accreditation, compliance, or policy-related experience within a New Jersey public safety agency
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
