Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with clinical documentation and patient care updates
• Manage onboarding and training of per diem nurses while overseeing client care
• Conduct clinical consultations and maintain communication with clients and healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN licensure in New Jersey and New York
• 4+ years of experience in an acute care setting
• Experience in home health, home care, and/or hospice
• A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred
