New Jersey AR Representative

Job Summary

To support the revenue cycle management team, the full-time New Jersey AR Representative will manage accounts receivable, address insurance claim denials, and ensure timely processing of claims while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and analyze aged AR to identify root causes of issues
• Investigate and resolve claim denials, including contacting payer representatives as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams and practice consultants to optimize revenue cycle functionality

Required qualifications

• High School Graduate
• 3+ years of experience in a medical billing office or equivalent claims experience
• Understanding of revenue cycle performance drivers and complex claims resolution
• Experience with NJ payers and portals is required
• Neurology AR experience is required
