Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time New Jersey Associate Therapist will provide initial assessments and evidence-based therapy to a diverse patient population via telehealth, utilizing measurement-informed care to guide treatment decisions and document patient progress.
Key responsibilities
- Provide initial assessments and evidence-based therapy to patients, utilizing standardized measurement tools at each session
- Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans based on measurable outcomes and patient progress data
- Participate in regular supervision sessions, incorporating outcome data into clinical discussions
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work or counseling from an accredited program or an active associate clinical license in New Jersey
- Training or experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or MI
- Genuine interest in measurement-informed care and comfort with virtual therapy settings
- Ability to interpret symptom scores and engage in collaborative conversations with patients about their progress
- Self-directed and responsive to the evolving needs of patients and the clinical team
