Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scopist, Certified Reporter - NJ CCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and finalize legal transcripts, ensuring accuracy by proofreading against audio recordings
• Organize and prioritize daily assignments while maintaining flexibility for schedule changes
• Prepare and maintain required reports and logs, providing timely responses to communications

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current New Jersey Certified Court Reporter (CCR) certification
• Knowledge of legal, medical, and technical terminology
• Experience with CAT software programs for editing and exporting
• Minimum touch-typing speed of 70 wpm with high accuracy
• Familiarity with court procedures and legal documents
