Job Summary
Managing administrative intake of members, the full-time Clinical Administrative Coordinator will process referrals and prior authorizations, assist clinical staff with administrative tasks, and handle inbound calls from members and providers while working remotely from New Jersey.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage administrative intake of members and process incoming and outgoing referrals
- Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and the clinical team to manage service requests
- Handle member and provider inquiries through inbound calls and correspondence
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience in the healthcare industry
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work full-time hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
- Residence in the state of New Jersey
